As cycling has become more popular so has the injuries associated with the great sport. Many of us learned how to ride a bike when we were young without any instruction regarding ergonomics. This lack of proper ergonomics isn’t a concern when we are taking joy rides around the neighborhood on an upright bike, but when we get older, spend more time on the bike and ride bikes that put us in a compromising position we start to feel the effects. Many of us will spend a considerable amount of money to get our bikes fit for us, but little to no time focusing on proper bike posture.

Many years ago I came across this PDF Bike Posture that does such a great job giving a visual explanation of proper bike posture. Take a lot at the PDF and let us know if you have any questions.
