A recent study published in the May 1st edition of Nutrition and Metabolism demonstrated the potential fat fighting benefits of white tea.

In this study white tea was shown to help eliminate fat cells, this action is called  lipolysis.  What is even more exciting is that white tea was shown to inhibit the production of new fat cells or adipogenesis.
